The standard thermostat allows oil temperatures to reach approximately 120 degrees Celsius during normal driving. The Mosselman Oil Thermostat opens at a lower temperature (85 degrees Celsius) and maintains a stable oil temperature between 95 and 105 degrees Celsius, depending on the car model. This ensures cooler oil temperatures, which not only improve performance but also enhance engine reliability.
