NOTE: Please check that there are no metal shavings and balls from the ball bearings in the defective compressor in the air hoses connected to the new compressor, it is especially important to check the connection hose on the intake side!
ATTENTION: Most compressors go bad because of an air leak, which causes the compressor to overheat. Inspect your air springs and airlines for any leaks, cracks, or excessive wear in order to avoid damage to the new compressor. Please also blow the air system through so if fragments from the old compressor are still in the air system they will be blown out before the installation of the new compressor.
